We're currently in search of a Retread Manager to perform various daily management duties by overseeing, directing and coordinating activities of the retread plant to ensure its effective operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Meet production goals
Correct inventory
Maintain and repair retread equipment (NDT's, Buffers, Builder and Chambers)
Managing location staff, including hiring and discipline
Maintaining a safe and clean store
Additional tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
2 or more years management experience preferred
5 or more years of Bandag retread experience strongly preferred
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Preferred
Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service Standards
