Coleman Health Services is an award-winning, nationally recognized behavioral health and rehabilitation organization and we’re actively seeking a counselor or social worker to be the Director of Diagnostic Assessments & Counseling Services teams in Allen, Auglaize, and Hardin Counties!

Key duties: 

  • Provides clinical therapeutic services to clients with identified mental health diagnosis and provides clinical and administrative supervision to employees 
  • Participate in community coalitions and mental health system collaborative programs 
  • Monitor compliance with company policy and procedure 
  • Participate in budget development and monitoring 

 

Candidates for Director of Diagnostic Assessments & Counseling Services must have: 

  • Master’s degree 
  • LSW or LPC 
  • 3+ years’ experience working in mental health 

 

Preferred candidates: 

  • LISW-S or LPCC-S 
  • 3+ years of clinical supervision in mental health and/or addiction treatment
