CHAMP / Repairs Specialist



Key Responsibilities include:




    • Enter and processes Repair orders and back-up the returns processes.

    • Enter and processes CHAMP quotes and orders in Trend and SAP.

    • Supports COH & NWOH CAP Coordinators regarding CHAMP issues and processes.

    • Enter specific repair data into Rockwells DDS (CHAMP) software.

    • Generate reports for the DDS software

    • Reviews various reports daily, weekly and monthly as necessary related to the status of repairs and remanufactured parts on master documents.

    • Contacts Rockwell Customer Care when orders are on hold, past due, follow up on open orders, etc.

    • Manage and processes customer LOT billings

    • Commercial Invoice processing for International shipments

    • Works directly with the Operations Manager and Customer Service Supervisor and supports other members of management to promote maximum branch efficiencies and profitability according to the business plan

    • Develops and maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction and resolves operational customer concerns.

    • Supports Quality Policy and Corporate Quality efforts through the Quality Office.

    • Creates, implements, and revises Quality procedures and instructions. Responsible for non-conformance database and reporting.

    • Coordinates Allen-Bradley technical service call requests between customer and vendor and processes customer invoice and vendor payment.

    • Frequently lifts, carries or otherwise moves and positions product weighing up to 40 pounds unassisted when stocking, loading or unloading products. Typically bends, stoops and/or crouches on a regular basis from various heights to stock.



Knowledge/Skills/Abilities include:



 




    • High school diploma or GED.

    • Ability to work with minimal supervision: organizing, prioritizing and completing tasks at own initiative.

    • Proven interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.

    • Problem solving skills.

    • Proven multi-tasking organizational skills.

    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products (including Word, Excel and Office), Trend, and Rockwells SAP

    • Required to attend Rockwell DDS, and CHAMP 1.0 training

    • Potential to drive to customer locations will require them to have a valid drivers license and a good driving record.



 



Working Conditions:



Varied: Normal office, warehouse and/or factory environment.
