AI Productivity Operations

Deeply understand AI strategy, priorities and initiatives to inform content and communications strategy, laddering to WEX's overall comms strategy and messaging

Develop a storytelling strategy that aligns with the company's brand voice and strategic goals, including developing engaging stories, vignettes, and case studies that showcase technology's AI achievements

Support efforts to identify broad application of AI for the organization (such as GenAI assistants, transcription services, etc)

Coordinate research and presentation on AI tooling options, then engage in change management efforts for implementation

Experience you'll bring
