Qualifications 

• Responsibilities and requirements: 
• Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and accurately 
• Monitor technician's daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records 
• Maintain good working relationships with insurance adjusters 
• Take the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles 
• Direct and schedule the activities of the body shop 
• Strong writing and communication skills 
• Two years minimum supervisory experience 
• Previous experience in a collision repair facility a must 
• Clean and valid driver's license
