Title: General Labor/Conveyor Belt Splicer

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00am - 2:30pm

Starting Pay: $15.00 - $20.50/per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a hardworking person to join our field service team in Medina, Ohio. This is our conveyor belt vulcanizing division. The position is full time.

The best candidate for this position will:

Be a problem solver taking on the challenge of completing the installation in a safe, timely manner.
Enjoy working in various locations both indoors and outside including weekends when necessary.
Be able to perform the required task safely regardless of heights or closed spaces
Be willing and able to carry the tools and equipment to the job site
Be able to learn the craft of installing and vulcanizing conveyor belt
Be required to pass a 10 panel drug screen, background check, DOT physical and become MSHA certified
Already possess or be willing to learn the ability to read a tape measure, take instructions, use various hand tools such as grinders, knives, winches, wrenches, come-alongs and chains
Arrive on time and be able to work overtime. If the installation is off-site, we travel in a company vehicle.

We typically find work within a 3 hour drive radius. Conveyor belts are generally in dirty locations and can take some creative solutions to complete the installation.
