Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to our "Customer First" standards, both in person and over the phone.
Efficiently pull and load customer orders while following safe material handling procedures.
Generate accurate paperwork, including invoices and purchase orders.
Process customer returns and warranties promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and facility.
Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of Heating and Cooling systems preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
Proficiency in computer operations and Prophet 21 software.
Ability to read and understand invoices and product descriptions.
Must be 18 years of age to operate a forklift.
Work Environment: Join a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Expect a dynamic atmosphere with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures. Safety is paramount in this role, which may require physical exertion, including bending, climbing, and lifting. This is a safety sensitive position.
