Pet Lodge USA of Boardman is hiring both Full and Part Time Animal Caregiver – Management Positions.

Family owned and operated business for 16 years:  First and foremost, candidates must love animals and have a passion for caring for them on a daily basis. Second, punctuality is key, and tardiness is not acceptable. In this position, adherence to a strict schedule, paired with our system and methods for care, is essential. The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, requiring the ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, and the initiative to stay busy even during slower times of the day.

Additionally, candidates should possess good communication skills, as they will interact with both animals and fellow team members. A willingness to learn and adapt to different situations is also crucial, as the needs of the animals and the environment may vary.

Responsibilities include feeding, exercising, and monitoring the health and well-being of the animals under our care. Cleaning and maintaining the facilities and equipment are also part of the role to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the animals.

Candidates must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team, always demonstrating reliability and professionalism.

Additional Details:

Must have a valid driver’s license and / or reliable transportation

Must be at least 18 years of age

Two Shifts: 6:00am – 12:00pm and 3:00pm – 7:00pm

Work Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, all Saturday

Hourly Wages: $11.00 to $15.00
