This position will service the following Kroger location(s):
- #532 - 7833 Refugee Rd. Pickerington, OH 43147
- #538 - 1045 Hill Rd. N. Pickerington, OH 43147
As a Live Goods Merchandiser, your workday will include:
- Receive and stage a variety of outdoor plants, including Christmas trees, wreaths and other assorted, seasonal products
- Build and maintain product displays
- Water all plant materials (spring-fall)
- Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed (spring-fall)
- Keep product neatly organized
- Ensure proper signage is in place
- Maintain a safe and clean display area
- Remove and record expired plant material
- Interacting with store personnel and customers
- Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates
- Complete report for each store serviced
- Document every visit using the Repsly app where available
As a Live Goods Merchandiser, you will be required to:
- Have a smart phone
- Have dependable transportation
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs repetitively
- Understand and execute planograms
- Work outdoors in all element
