Job Description
Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operation products, is searching for an Information Technology Help Desk Agent Tier I, in our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities
Provide telephone IT support to associates.
Document issues with all information pertinent net to issue reporting and resolution.
Train the sales force and internal staff on defined curriculum.
Become a 'Customer Advocate' and strive to ensure our customers have the best possible experience using our technology, tools, and support services.
Qualifications
Entry level IT knowledge and experience.
Excellent phone manner and customer service skills. Must be able to use tact and patience with difficult customers.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, managers, sales representatives, other internal personnel, and outside vendors.
Ability to handle contiguous calls for extended periods of time.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 8:00pm.
The pay rate is $20.00.
