Associate Media Director, Traditional

We are looking for an Associate Media Director, Traditional that will deliver unparalleled campaigns across Linear TV, Radio and OOH. In partnership with the Media Director, you will be the traditional media 'expert' on your clients' business.
This person can....
Develop holistic traditional media strategy for our clients, taking into account audience segments and media trends
Manage the day-to-day implementation and optimization of campaigns; assist in strategic analysis of campaigns
Look for sophisticated technology solutions that can level up our traditional insights
Build - and leverage existing - productive relationships with with partners and reps
Has a strong understanding of both the national and local landscape. We understand you'll lean one direction, but you need to be able to connect the dots.
Negotiate with the best of them
Be creative, are open to new ideas, and willing to challenge briefs
Work within a fully integrated team of planners and buyers

Requirements
At least 5+ years in an integrated media planning position
3+ years managing large budgets and campaigns
Expert in the linear TV space
This position reports to the Group Media Director.
