Position: IT Support Specialist Tier 3
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)
Segment: Corporate

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Install and configure (automate) computer hardware, software, network equipment, phone equipment, printers and mobile devices
Coordinate installation, licensing, record keeping, and setup with all necessary vendors and associates
Participate on projects including implementing new software, new hardware, or new policies, developing processes for each to reference in the future
Assist others within IT towards identifying solutions for end users, application issues or incidents.
Provide IT support for Windows, Microsoft Office, and a variety of other applications used internally
Provide technical support for end user equipment via email, phone, and face-to-face including the use of remote administration tools
Write KB articles for others to reference
Develop or propose new ideas to automate, reduce errors, and otherwise streamline current processes to the benefit of the team or teams we support.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) or five (5) years related experience.
Preferred CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent
Up to 50% Offsite travel will be required for this position
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High-energy, self-motivated, well-organized
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Work cooperatively with other OTC associates; be a Team player
