Position Overview

Looking for a Business Analyst help design, develop, and maintain time entry systems for our organization. Role will engage directly with IT product management, development teams and the business to implement solutions designed for the user experience first. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Job Duties

What You'll Do:

Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, developers, and users.
Facilitate Process Flow discussions, valuate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
Conduct meetings and drive process mapping sessions with a focus on root cause.
Gather requirements, define them into outlines, flowcharts, functional wireframes
Create and develop functional requirements of systems to improve quality, performances, external interfaces, and constraints.
Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Coordinate team members in the execution of project.
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Perform user acceptance testing.
Update, implement and maintain procedures.

User Centered Design
Must understand our user community's perspectives and environments
Be able to make design recommendations and decisions that positively impact user experience
Actively participate in requirement gathering, wireframing and prototyping sessions

Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
Perform all duties as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
SAP configuration experience strongly preferred.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Experience with process mapping, writing outlines, flowcharts, functional wireframes
Advanced technical skills.
Excellent documentation skills
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
Ability to communicate effectively in English with all levels within the company required.
Self-starter with strong work ethic required. Consulting experience is a plus. Must be able to lead initiatives with little supervision.
Experience leading or managing projects required. PMP, Scrum-Master or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience with a process improvement methodology such as Lean or Six Sigma strongly preferred.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented collaborative environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, complex tasks and demands. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to forge direction.
Experience with UX(User Experience) design preferred.
Strong organizational and relation skills required. Must be able to interact professionally and confidently with both C-Level executives and staff-level employees.
