This position is with PTTech LLC, a subsidiary of Timken. The role is responsible for providing custom engineered solutions tolarge industrial, off road, mining, and marine industries to new and existing customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

All essential functions, duties, and other responsibilities will be performed in support of the Company's Mission, Vision, and Principles to include the following:
  • Work directly with scheduling to coordinate purchase ordersfor theassembly team.
  • Manage job setup andensure all fixturing and tooling are pulled.
  • Ability to shift duties from building subs, building couplings and packaging.
  • Manage the paperwork, complete checks, coordinate job packets and make sure jobs are accurately confirmed.
  • Ensure we have all the correct FAI's and drawings.
  • Work with Seville team to coordinate builds and calculatetime needed to pull jobs and wash parts to stay ahead ofthe production team.
  • Cleaning up leftover parts from builds for restocking in both Seville and Wadsworth inventory locations.
  • Put controls in place to limit discrepancies in inventory pulls.
  • Develop team to be cross functional across all builds.
  • Be able to help assemble when needed.
  • Work on CI opportunities to ensure production improvements.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or combination of education and years of service

Must be proficient in Microsoft and SAP

Familiar with measurement software

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and engineering specifications
