Summary:

* Work in a high-energy kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team in their food preparation and service
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment
* Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items
* Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients
* Follow safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service

Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
