Job Description

Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Social Services Supervisor 1, this position will provide direct transport and general case-management for all transportation eligible clients, maintain accurate case records, redetermination documentation, and associated billing and reporting. The individual demonstrates the ability to manage diverse tasks, problem solving, and is highly detailed.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers and to read and write simple sentences.
1 course in interviewing or 1 month experience or equivalent.
Valid Ohio driver's license required.
Must maintain current CPR/First Aid certification.
