Job Description
Assist in performing and summarizing time studies
Conduct labor standards audits, to include process time observations, and historical data reconciliation
Assist in the development of manpower requirements
Observe Production processes and investigate and propose new or improved methods and systems relative to reducing process costs
Maintain Production department performance reports
Position Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be pursuing a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering with at least 2 years of completed curriculum
Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
Must be a US person as defined by ITAR
Must pass background check and pre-employment medical exam including drug screen
Must be able to obtain Department of Army Police unescorted access to the JSMC
Basic knowledge of Industrial Engineering practices
Basic project management and organizational skills
Good written and oral presentation skills
Proficient with computers and software including MS Office
Must have the ability to work in both production and office settings
Must be able to work in a teaming environment with bargaining unit employees
