Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a results-oriented Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our portfolio of patient temperature management Class ll medical devices. The PMM will develop and execute the plan to accelerate growth across key geographies and all healthcare segments. We are seeking someone who can manage multiple complex projects in a growth oriented, fast-moving environment. Ideal candidates will have the ability to analyze and understand market segments to identify unmet needs and opportunities for growth. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Marketing and Communications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of product strategy including ownership of the product pipeline, product positioning and pricing strategies.
Responsible for understanding the competitive and market landscape for the portfolio. Identify meaningful and actionable insights and trends through market analysis, customer, and competitive data; including identifying adjacencies and white spaces related to our products.
Owns Voice of the Customer regarding the satisfaction of current products, unmet needs, and market trends.
Responsible for the marketing activities within the new product development process (NPI).
Partner with R&D team in the translation of customer needs into product design features and specs.
Partner with production and sales on forecasting to ensure proper inventory and to understand sales trends.
Partner with Marketing team to develop product related marketing and sales enablement collateral.
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
Oversee the design and delivery of global market/product training programs.
Drive marketing program (best practice) replication across regions to deliver growth and/or maintain existing share.
Review and report on performance indicators.
Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field
7-10 years of product marketing/management experience
Medical device or healthcare product marketing experience
Successful product launch experience
Analytical, excellent listener and communicator
Flexible, adaptable, team-oriented work style
Strong project management skills
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to collaborate across functions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with marketing content creation and strategy
