Seeking a role where you can apply your receiving expertise? Join Staffmark as a Receiving Clerk at a local manufacturer in Dayton, OH.

Pay Rate: $16 - $19 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6 am-4:30 pm, with overtime on Fridays from 6 am-2:30 pm

As the Receiving Clerk, you will oversee receiving and inventory processes, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures. You will assign tasks to personnel, coordinate resources, and contribute to procedure development. This role will manage the receipt of goods, maintain records, and serve as a contact for various departments. Additionally, you will handle ERP entries, operate trucks as needed, and participate in production meetings.

Qualifications:

2+ years of receiving clerical experience

3+ years of hands-on shipping and/or receiving experience

Effective communication skills

Forklift certification

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to learn ERP system data entry

Basic hand tool proficiency

Ability to read and understand written documents in English

Ability to use camera equipment for documenting damage

Customer-focused with a positive attitude
