Job Description
Waycraft, Inc. is hiring for the position of Employment Manager. The position is 40 hours a week and is typically Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm. The candidate must be 18 years of age and be able to pass a drug screen and background check with no college degree or experience needed.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise individuals with developmental disabilities
- Network with other employers in the community and be the liaison between the customer and Waycraft
- Complete job tasks as described by the customer
- Keep accurate records for billing and inventory purposes
- Coordinate non-medical transportation needs and drivers
- Write individual progress reports
- Attend annual meetings and team meetings
- Complete documentation per Medicaid and DODD rules and requirements
