Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Sales Manager to join our team in Central, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compressed air equipment sales and a proven track record of success in managing a sales team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
Build and maintain relationships with key customers
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise
This position requires up to 50% travel
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compressed air equipment sales Proven track record of success in managing a sales team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
