Description

Position Summary & Essential Duties:

* This role is responsible for assisting with the scope definition, kickoff, design, implementation and tracking of multiple healthcare operational improvement initiatives.

* Assists with scheduling project meetings, preparing for these discussions and documenting notes from these meetings

* Prepares data analytics and process analysis associated with Performance Improvement projects in an effort to identify opportunities and track benefits.

* Acclimates with the methodologies, tools, and approaches for Lean and Six Sigma Principles.

* In partnership with effort leader, assist in the management and monitoring of change associated with process improvement initiatives.

* Prepares and delivers both written and oral presentations, in partnership with key project stakeholders, to provide overview of project status, issues, risks, results etc.
