Overview

As an AM Server, you will deliver outstanding customer service, showcase your knowledge of our menu offerings, and ensure guests start their day on a positive note.

Summary:

* Provide friendly and efficient service to guests during breakfast and brunch hours
* Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and anticipate guest needs
* Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including dietary restrictions and special requests
* Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
* Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
* Upsell menu items and promote special promotions or events
* Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner
* Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience

Qualifications

* Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced environment
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
* Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergens
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate orders
* Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction
* Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
* Basic math and cash handling skills
