We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Associate to join our Finance team at DECKED. This position will report to the Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various accounting activities to support the company's financial operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Record and reconcile daily transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable entries
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records
- Assist with inventory management and valuation
- Support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as needed
- Financial analysis and reporting as required
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as accounting principles and regulations

Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

- Prior accounting experience is a plus

- Experience with NetSuite is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
