Shift: Monday – Thursday 5pm – 3:30am 

Background: 

• Experience in a supervisory role 
• Perform duties directly related to production and finishing, including quality control/inspection 
• Experience in maintenance of large machinery and equipment 
• Ability to operate a forklift 

Tasks: 

• Produces finished goods as needed for customer orders and/or stock 
• Holds line operators accountable for attendance and work performance 
• Communicates with 1st shift supervisors on priorities for customer orders and/or stock 
• Maintains equipment as needed; ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and breakdowns 
• Prepare shipments as needed 
• Participates in inventory controls as needed 

Job Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED 
• Be organized and self-motivated 
• Adapt to rapidly changing priorities based on business needs 
• Work independently within a team environment 
• Follow established policies and procedures 
• Excellent communication skills
