- Answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages
- Opening and processing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail, such as bills, invoices,
and checks
- Communicating with customers and sub-contractors to answer questions, provide
information, take orders, and address any issues
- Scheduling consults with potential new customers
- Maintaining the company calendar and coordinating the schedules of workers, subcontractors,
and customers
- Operating basic office equipment photocopier, computer, and calculator
- Maintaining and updating the company database to keep track of work orders and projects
- Reviewing and tracking sub-contractor charges
- Inventorying, organizing, and ordering company supplies as needed
- Processing payments and handling basic bookkeeping
High School Degree (US or foreign) required as a minimum qualification.
