Your role will involve assessing client needs, advising on insurance products, and maintaining accurate client records. You will also be responsible for processing policies, handling inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Process insurance policies, modifications, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of client service and satisfaction.
• Manage client data and interaction logs with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Support clients in the claims process by providing necessary information and assistance.
• Stay updated on the latest products and services in the insurance industry.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Assist in achieving the agency's sales targets and goals.

Compensation:

• Non-licensed: $14 per hour
• Licensed: $16 - $20 per hour, depending on experience
