Job Summary:
Ingersoll Rand, LeROI Gas Compressors is a designer and manufacturer of gas compression systems, which are utilized in the emerging biogas reclamation market. LeROI is uniquely positioned to serve the biogas market space with their vertical manufacturing process and proven compression products technology. LeROI is currently experiencing significant growth in sales of its biogas packages and is in need of a Quality inspector who can operate CMM equipment and enjoys working with people and has a passion for implementing and driving quality improvement processes.

Responsibilities:
* Operation of CMM machines for inspecting parts
* Troubleshooting of nonconforming machined parts
* Inspection of rotors to print.
* Coordination of gauge calibration process.
* Provide feedback to machine operators concerning parts that are out of tolerance.
* Review of outsourced machined parts for accuracy to print.
* Works with cross functional quality improvement teams to find root cause and drive corrective actions.
* Identifies need for and performs machine maintenance and minor repairs.

Basic Qualifications
* A minimum of three (3) years programming and operating Hexagon or equivalent CMM machines with PC-DMIS software preferred.
* Experienced with programming of PC-DMIS CMM software.
* Organizational skills.
* Ability to use measurement gauges such as micrometers, bore gauges, calipers, etc.
* Understanding of SAP or other ERP system as it applies to quality defect reporting

Key Competencies:
* Blueprint Reading
* Be able to work 10 Hour Shifts
* Ability to read and understand machined part drawings and 3D models.
