THE DELAWARE is a new establishment opening early Summer 2024.
Located in downtown New Philadelphia, we are a music venue, bar, and restaurant.

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory management, etc.
- Train and develop kitchen staff.
- Prep workstation for service at beginning of shift.
- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
- Utilize various cooking methods.
- Ensuring that ingredients and final products are fresh.
- Present, arrange, and garnish final dishes.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Must be able to stand 4-8 hours.
- Must be physically able to do medium lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Must be physically able to do frequent stooping, extensive walking, and repetitive movements.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a High School Diploma.
- 2-4 years of kitchen experience required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience in food service management required.
Details:
- Workdays can be any day of the week, first or second shift, 30 to 40 hours per week, rotating.
Starting wage range is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on
experience, education, skills and abilities.
