THE DELAWARE is a new establishment opening early Summer 2024.
Located in downtown New Philadelphia, we are a music venue, bar, and restaurant.

Server responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional manner.
- Communicate with staff members to achieve excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Properly verify identification and age requirements for alcohol service.
- Manage and process payment transactions including cash handling.
- Adhere to alcohol laws and regulations.
- Compliance with responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Prep workstation and supplies at the beginning of the shift.
- Clean workstation and restock all bar supplies at the end of shift.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a High School Diploma.
- Must be of legal age to service alcoholic beverages (per Ohio law).
Details:
- Workdays can be any day of the week, first or second shift, 30 to 40 hours per week, rotating.
- Both full-time and part-time hours available (25 to 40 hours per week).
- Company will provide on-the-job training to the right candidate!
Starting wage range is $5.25 to $7.00 per hour plus tips, based on
experience, training, skills and abilities.
