Performs comprehensive diagnostic mental health assessments upon referral by primary care provider. Provides brief, solution-based behavioral interventions. Maintains appropriate clinical documentation of all client work for the health center. Initiates individual and group therapy on mental health maintenance, and mental health conditions.
*Must have Ohio license
