JOB SUMMARY

The OTC Industrial Technologies corporate marketing team is searching for a Marketing Content & Campaign Coordinator who has experience in digital marketing and marketing task management. The individual in this role will be a key component in creating content, coordinating content tasks, and managing campaigns from inception to completion.

As a Marketing Content & Campaign Coordinator at OTC, you will play a pivotal role in curating, coordinating, and delivering content that encompasses defined marketing strategies and communications. You will collaborate within the corporate marketing team, other departments, and 3rd party agencies to help refine strategies, coordinate execution efforts and ensure content is executed on time and readily available for future initiatives. Your attention to detail, ability to stay organized and optimize processes will be essential for this position.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES


Coordinate the corporate marketing calendar to ensure campaign, content, social and email marketing is being deployed as planned.
Be responsible for marketing campaign brief creation, support and task management.
Enforce guidelines, timelines, and specifications for content as set by the internal marketing teams.
Manage the content repository to ensure that any created collateral is easily accessible.
Create emails and other marketing content as needed.
Assist in social content creation and execution.
Uphold the company's brand voice, guidelines, and values across all content communications and maintain a consistent brand image.
Strong collaboration with internal teams and departments to coordinate content that supports a cohesive brand strategy, digital approach, and communication plan to bring the OTC marketing strategy & initiatives to life.
Ability to operate within a corporate marketing team and adhere to corporate standards of marketing, while supporting segment specific marketing requests.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field.
1-3-year experience in an internship or marketing position.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred), social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
The ability to create and deploy marketing emails, landing pages and social media posts is a must.
Attention to detail is a must for this position.


Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate task completion.
Can manage multiple tasks with clear prioritization on order of completion.
Can effectively capture revision & direction communication.


Excellent Interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate and be a team player across multiple channels within the organization.
Has a strong work ethic with a proven track record of executing tasks on time.
