Job Description

This position will work in assisting the creation of a marketing framework for Capitol Aluminum & Glass Corp. (CAGC). The Marketing Intern will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital and direct marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This internship has the potential to become a full-time position. Essential Job Duties include working as a member of team to accomplish goals and tasks that:
Refresh Brand and create a Branding Guide
Create sell sheets, brochures, and marketing materials; Design, create, and manipulate digital communication.
Direct Marketing: Plan and execute email and direct mail campaigns that are tailored to customer segments for optimal customer experience and revenue generation. Collaborate with sales and use analytics to align direct marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics tools to understand website performance, user behavior, and sales data. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure and optimize effectiveness.

Review SEO. Document findings for a strategy to drive organic traffic and improve our online presence through internal efforts and in collaboration with external partners. Job Requirements:
Present portfolio of class projects.
Demonstrate Creative Writing capability.
Understand the importance of visual, graphic, and textual communication.
Understand how concepts, designs, and technology work together to communicate with audiences.
Ability to take initiative, to be a self-starter, and to persevere. Be able to create original marketing content to present as professional work for the Company.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Experience with Canva and AI programs preferred.
Hours of Internship: Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM
