Job Description
Coordinate civil engineering and design projects through execution, planning, and interface stages. Ensure that activities are completed on schedule and within budget. Analyze refinery operations to understand performance and production data. Evaluate commercial opportunities to pursue projects to improve efficiency. Create and scope out potential projects to improve output. Coordinate with project engineers and other discipline engineers to ensure consistency in execution of project management activities. Ensure all project activities are completed on schedule and within budget following strict company safety practices. Review existing company processes and procedures, evaluate successful projects, and identify and improve existing processes requiring improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor – Civil Engineering related technical field of study; will accept equivalent foreign degree.
Experience: Four (4) years a Civil Engineer, in the position above or in a related engineering role;
Experience must include:
1.Civil engineering in a refinery environment
2.IFC Drawings
3.MOC projects
4.Large scale construction and building design (modular designs, interior design, and construction projects)
5.Manufacturing and commissioning quality assurance and quality control
