Education, Training and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year logistics, or similar work experience
Forklift Certified

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
Good interpersonal and communication (spoken/written) skills; ability to positively motivate and influence people
Possess good manual dexterity and be able to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to learn new tasks quickly
Ability to follow established procedures and maintain a steady output
Be able to lift, stoop, bend and perform various other physical activities throughout the day, which may include some heavy lifting at times
Ability to operate a forklift
Good reading and math skills
Basic computer skills
Highly reliable with demonstrated record of accomplishment

Duties and Responsibilities

Manages shipment of all products, materials, and supplies
Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service, service providers, and others involved in the shipment of products
Tracks status of incoming and outgoing shipments
Helps manage inventory
Works with production providing parts required by Work Tickets
Receiving orders for stock
Pulling, packing and loading shipments
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Properly store and maintain parts, tools, test equipment and documentation
Notify manager when parts need replenished
Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift as demands increase/decrease

Security Requirements
