OVERVIEW:
Working as a Full-time Innova Integrated Supply Vendor Development Specialist, you will be supporting procurement functions for some of our largest customers. You will be part of a group that has assumed the sourcing and/or procurement responsibilities for a customer. You will oversee supplier on-boarding, maintenance, and new item creation tasks during implementation and in the management of established accounts. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Implementing and documenting new site and vendor on-boarding tasks
o Following specific processes and requirements throughout the on-boarding process
o Coordinating with suppliers in negotiations and agreements
o Performing new site implementation creation tasks
o Prioritizing and meeting on-boarding deadlines

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess or are working towards a degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Supply Chain or other related field of study OR have equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
o Pass a background check, required by a customer/contract serviced by this location

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Prior procurement work experience
o Prior experience using ERP systems
