Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Color Shader, you will be responsible for providing a high level of accuracy in color shading for automotive paints. This is an onsite job in Cleveland, OH working on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data entry into color portal and quality database
  • Customer communication
  • Preparing pre-ship samples for customers
  • Utilize color measurement instruments and software to ensure accurate color shading
  • Shading in-process batches to meet customer specifications
  • Facilitate batch approval process


Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 4+ years of experience with color including understanding color theory, color perception, and color management principles
  • Must be proficient with in using color management instruments and software for color analysis and shading
  • Familiarity with various color shading tools and techniques is required
