Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Color Shader, you will be responsible for providing a high level of accuracy in color shading for automotive paints. This is an onsite job in Cleveland, OH working on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Main Responsibilities:

Data entry into color portal and quality database
Customer communication
Preparing pre-ship samples for customers
Utilize color measurement instruments and software to ensure accurate color shading
Shading in-process batches to meet customer specifications
Facilitate batch approval process

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is required
4+ years of experience with color including understanding color theory, color perception, and color management principles
Must be proficient with in using color management instruments and software for color analysis and shading
Familiarity with various color shading tools and techniques is required
