JOB RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Remote
Facilitates all technical training throughout the onboarding experience for retail and customer care center associates
Facilitates content developed by the Retail Banking Training team in support of organizational goals and line of business needs including remedial courses
Delivers interactive and engaging training sessions, offered virtually or in-person, utilizing a variety of custom designed, off-the-shelf, and blended learning training programs
Supports the design of learning programs by using a variety of delivery methods including instructor-led training, virtual workshops and e-learning courses
Supports the creation of new and existing curriculum, e-learning courses, facilitator guides, PowerPoint presentations, handouts and training documentation based on adult learning and instructional design principles in response to industry trends, regulatory updates, servicing needs and product introduction
Utilizes feedback to improve facilitation techniques for in-person and virtual delivery methods
Maintains working knowledge of banking practices including products, services, processes, regulations, and procedures
Effectively collaborates with Retail Banking Training Coordinator with necessary logistics for all training(s)
Contributes to Learning and Development sustainability efforts by delivering high-quality training deliverables to the banking centers
Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Must be available to travel within the Park footprint, as needed.
EDUCATION
Minimum of 2 years of experience facilitaion and deliver multi-day, live training sessions and prgrams with adult learners. Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Education, or similar related field preferred. Professional Training Certifications (including in-person and virtual facilitation), preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand on your feet for 8+ hours/day when facilitating full day sessions.
