We are looking to hire a bookkeeper who can handle all of the bookkeeping for multiple companies. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Payroll
- AP
- AR
- Filing quarterly taxes
- Data entry
Construction accounting is preferred but not required. Experience with Sage 300 is ideal but not required. We are willing to train applicant in the position.
Experiences & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in bookkeeping
- Highly organized and effective; capable of learning new software and systems.
- Ability to present information clearly and accurately both written and orally.
- Computer Skills: Sage 300, Microsoft Office.
