What You'll Contribute to OHM Advisors

With your knowledge as a Construction Manager/Engineer, you will help grow this discipline and your career. You will contribute to the Northwest/Central Ohio construction projects and construction services tasks. You will lead a growing group of staff to successfully complete important infrastructure projects for our community clients. The Construction Manager/Engineer will interface with our Design PMs, Community Representatives, Clients, and Contractors. Proven leadership and communication skills are required, along with a strong desire to serve our clients first, by living our mission of Advancing Communities .

Your Responsibilities

* Provide leadership and vision for the future growth of the team.
* Coordinate internally with the OHM team and externally with the client and contractor.
* Train and mentor staff for personal and professional growth.
* Interpret construction drawings and specifications on construction projects.
* Demonstrate strong project organization skills.
What You'll Need to Succeed

* Strong Financial Management Skills - Planning, management, and/or awareness of project budgets, schedules, and staff utilization.
* Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills.
* Computer literacy knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)
* Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
