Come build a better future with Dealertrack, part of the Cox Automotive family of businesses, as we are hiring a Business Services Specialist I at our office in Wilmington, OH for our Incoming Mail Team.

The Business Services Specialist I roles will cover several areas of the operations business to include, Document Management, Release Services, as well as Title Services Groups. This role will be expected to complete all expected responsibilities listed within their operational area. Team members will be responsible for acting as a collateral/title specialist on behalf of our business partner.

Primary Duties/Key Responsibilities:

Reply to email messages, faxes, and service tickets.
Engage customers and determine how to assist them.
Use company proprietary software for research, data entry, and account follow-up activity.
Process applications for duplicate vehicle titles, payments, or changes to vehicle titles.
Follow instructions and maintain workflow standards.
Attain production and quality goals.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Process incoming title requests for maintenance on existing lender accounts
Operate mail equipment
Identify collateral documents
Execute escalated or expedited transactions
Perform other duties as necessary
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including occasional mandatory overtime

Qualifications:

Minimum

HSD, GED, or equivalent work experience;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Knowledge of how to operate a PC, telephone, fax, scanner, and photocopier;
Basic knowledge of PC software applications (i.e., MS Office, Excel and Outlook)
Data entry skills, ability to type 35 WPM or greater with 99.6% accuracy;

Preferred

Experience in a customer service position; ten-key skills for payment transactions team; knowledge of client requirements for DMV and related documents; knowledge of various state DMV forms and their use by the company; knowledge of company proprietary software; knowledge of state abbreviations.

USD 14.42 - 21.63 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $14.42 - $21.63/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
