Job Description

The Keyholder assists the store manager with daily operations of a shoe store in order to maximize sales and maintain operational company standards.

Position Description:
  • Assists the store manager in daily operations
  • Provides excellent customer service and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
  • Assist in weekly inventory control, including receiving and stocking of merchandise
  • Ensures the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
  • Assists in the training and supervise of sales associates
  • Monitors sales performance and implements strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Operates company computer systems
  • Assists in monthly advertising, including set up and maintaining

Qualifications:
  • Management/Supervisory skills required (1 year preferred)
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Will be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Has a passion for excellent customer service
  • Must have flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Capable of operating company computer systems
  • Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Capable of standing/walking for long periods of time
  • Capable of repetitive bending and heavy lifting

Position Information:
  • Full-Time – 40 hours per week
  • Pay Rate: $13.00 per Hour
