Overview




Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is seeking a Cyber Instructor and Curriculum Developer who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Institute of Technology School of Strategic Force Studies (AFIT/EX) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

AFIT/EX develops airmen, joint service members, and our international partners prevail in current and future conflicts by providing relevant and responsive nuclear, space, and cyberspace PCE.

Cyber PCE: The mission of the School of Cyberspace Professional Continuing Education is to inculcate the Air Force's cyberspace force and joint force members with the knowledge and skills necessary to prevail in current and future conflicts. Graduates will be able to apply offensive, defensive, and information network operations to support all aspects of the national defense strategy.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below




Provide expertise for cyberspace curriculum development at an operational and strategic level to create robust live resident and distance learning products.
Provide course development support to include planning, developing, recording, editing, post-processing, synchronizing, copying, and updating AFIT course content, converting traditional learning course content into technology-enhanced courseware (to include instructional simulations, web content, advanced instructional media, and blended learning solutions) hosted on various industry-available platforms; interfacing with faculty, staff, sponsors, and hosts in development of courseware and performing associated general multimedia duties/tasks in a university setting.
Develop instructional simulations, web content, advanced instructional media, and blended learning solutions and provide advancement of curriculum to keep pace with latest cyber development, trends, changes and approaches to keep cyber curriculum current.
Support assigned lesson plans and curriculum development in asynchronous, synchronous, and blended eLearning modes of course delivery.
Convert instructor led curriculum into distance learning lessons/ courses, creating lessons using multi-media software (including animation, graphics, and audio).
Assess/research areas associated with the emerging topics, develop Course of Actions (COAs) related to educational opportunities (new or modified continuing education courses), and implement new curriculum as appropriate.
Utilize education and research expertise to assess critical cyberspace topics or potential education gaps and convert the results into actionable COAs quickly and efficiently.
Provides maintenance and curriculum development services to meet individual training requirements mandated by School of Strategic Force Studies and Air University.


Education, Requirements and Qualifications




Ability to have and maintain eligibility for a Common Access Card (CAC), including favorable completion of a National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) investigation.
Five (5) years of experience in education management and a bachelor's degree in an education or management field.
BA/BS, ten years of experience in the Learning Management Systems (LMS) technical/professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD.
OR, 15 years of LMS directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, five of which must be in the DoD.
Proficient with LMS to include Canvas.
Familiarity with software systems such as Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, iSpring, Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate, Lectora, JavaScript and HTML.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Applications and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Ability to communicate clearly and expertly (in English) in both verbal and written forms concerning administrative, and LMS technical subject matters.
Familiarity with DoD curriculum development, training, and education methodologies.


Working Conditions and Physical Requirements




May be required to lift 15 lbs.
May be required to stand and walk two (2) hours a day
