Exact Staff is seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Control Fulfillment Coordinator Lead to join our team in Groveport, OH. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong leadership and quality control experience, and demonstrate excellent documentation and recordkeeping skills. This role will involve overseeing the quality control and fulfillment process to ensure high standards are maintained throughout operations.

  • Location: Groveport, OH
  • Shift: 7am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday; Overtime and extra days as needed
  • Pay: $19.40 an hour paid weekly

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the quality control team, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Oversee quality control and fulfillment processes from start to finish, ensuring that quality measures are met at each stage.
  • Conduct inspections of products, materials, and processes to verify adherence to quality standards and GMP regulations.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members, providing verbal and written instructions, as necessary.
  • Document findings and maintain accurate records of quality control processes, inspections, and fulfillment activities.
  • Provide training and support to team members as needed.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any quality control issues efficiently.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts, as necessary.
  • Ensure regular and reliable attendance during the shift.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluent communication skills in both languages.
  • At least 6 months of quality control experience is required.
  • Some experience in a GMP-regulated facility is helpful.
  • Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Excellent documentation and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply written and verbal instructions, safety rules, SOPs, invoices, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding and deal with problems involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
