The City of Lima, Ohio is currently accepting resumes for the position of Associate Planner in the Department of Housing & Neighborhoods. Under general direction, directs planning functions, community development, and Grant Administration; establishes and maintains external relationships; supervises community development specialist; performs public relations functions.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:
Bachelor's Degree in urban planning, public administration, sociology, economics, geography or related discipline and four (4) years of progressively responsible government experience Or a Master’s degree in urban planning, public administration, sociology, economics, geography or a related discipline and ;two (2) years’ experience with State and/or Federal grant- programs and one (1) year of supervisory experience.

Starting Pay Range: $33.40 per hour; $2,672.00 bi-weekly
