Shift: 2nd, Monday - Friday, 2:45pm - 10:45pm

Job Summary:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, maintain, calibrate, and align CNC and associated machinery. We are looking for a technician who can support the maintenance team in continual improvements and increase machine uptime in a large modern machine shop. This is a multi-craft technician role.

Qualifications:

Ability to understand and follow operating procedures and best practices

High level of interpersonal and communication skills, able to participate in a team environment

Knowledge of various automatic control systems, processes and methodologies in a manufacturing environment; ability to design, implement and maintain automatic production systems/processes to improve productivity and efficiency

Experience in a CNC machining environment

Ability to safely work on and diagnose electrical issues (110-480v)

Knowledge and ability to identify replacement parts.

Knowledge and experience with Fanuc robots and controls

Knowledge of plumbing, pipefitting, pneumatics, and hydraulics

Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve technical (mechanical,electrical, systems or operational) problems in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred knowledge in Siemens, Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Seiko, Hitachi, Haas,HEIDENHAIN, Mazatrol controls

Knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP,Limble)

Knowledge and ability of rigging equipment and components.

Ability to read blueprints and follow schematics

Strong desire to learn and work in a team environment
