CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Federal Aviation Programs Leader to grow and lead our Aviation Federal Market Team. This can be a hybrid or fully remote position.


YOUR IMPACT




CHA is a recognized leader in aviation design - airside, landside or facilities - with project experience at hundreds of commercial, military and general aviation airports across the nation. From terminals and hangars to runways and drainage, we have the capacity to assist with virtually any engineering, architectural, or construction support service.

As part of the Aviation Team, this key role within our federal market business will leverage technical expertise and existing relationships to assist with business development and market growth for federal opportunities. This will include working with our corporate Business Development Team to identify opportunities and potential pursuits, expanding the network of potential teaming partners, putting CHA in a position to increase market share, and assisting with expanding the CHA brand across the federal market. This position will lead a diverse team focused on delivering federal market projects.

REQUIREMENTS




10+ years of experience with leadership, including managing airfield development, cross-discipline military projects or similar type work
Civil Engineering, planning or related degree
PE/PMP or equivalent professional license preferred
Existing relationships with key decision makers and other leaders from military branches of service preferred
Experience with base contracting office and interpreting military contract requirements
Ability to travel
