Description
Works primarily as an assistant on major repair jobs but is expected to do minor repair jobsassigned. Performs all routine tasks of the department, including skimmers, hauling, minor buildingrepair, painting, and pipe fitting. Should possess basic maintenance skills, be mechanically inclined, and be able to use hand tools and maintenance equipment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/Equivalent
Positive attitude, dependable, and has a willingness to learn and help others
Strong attention to detail
Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
Possess basic maintenance skills
Mechanically inclined
Able to use hand tools and maintenance equipment
Lift, push, and pull heavy items
