JOB DETAILS

Base Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential

Shift: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand and follow all applicable PPE requirements for tasks at hand
Communicate, document, and assist in operator training regarding customer requirements
Perform and document in-process inspections
Verify in-process procedures and final products are meeting quality specifications
Collaborate with production leads, supervisors, and additional quality support members to correct non-compliance findings and trends
Aid in addressing recurring issues by conducting appropriate root cause analysis to drive corrective measures
Assist in dispositioning non-conforming product
Create and distribute non-conformance reports for both in-process and outsourced materials

Qualifications
3 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent knowledge of quality systems
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point is desired
Ability to navigate technical applications on electronic devices
Knowledge and ability to utilize measuring tool devices (examples: tape measure, calipers, protractors, and feeler gauges)
Ability to navigate numeric drawings and print diagrams
Good listening skills
Above average reading comprehension
Ability to analyze and present findings in a clear, concise, and logical manner through above average writing and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated
Good organizational skills
Ability to prioritize
Good time management skills
Strong aptitude in process improvement and problem solving
Ability to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment
Proven teamwork and leadership abilities
