NV5's Solon, OH office is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager with a strong focus on Project Controls, Scheduling, and Cost Estimating. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining various aspects of our projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities




Scheduling:

Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks.
provide clients with strategies to optimize project timelines.

Cost Estimating:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Update project estimates with development of contract documents at specified design milestones.
Monitor project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.


Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a related industry.
Exceptional time management and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Cost Estimating, Scheduling, Financial management and budgeting expertise preferred.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Knowledge of the construction, engineering, or related industry is a plus.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
